Refund Policy
At StudyFast, we want you to be completely satisfied with your subscription. If you’re unhappy with your Pro subscription for any reason, please email us at hi@studyfa.st within 14 days of your purchase, and we’ll process a full refund.
Refund Eligibility
- Refund requests must be made within 14 days of the initial subscription purchase.
- Refunds are only available for first-time Pro subscription purchases.
- The refund will be processed using the original payment method.
- After the 14-day period, you can cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future billing, but no partial refunds will be issued for the current billing period.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please send an email to hi@studyfa.st with the following information:
- Your registered email address
- Date of purchase
- Brief reason for the refund request
We aim to process all refund requests within 5 business days.
Subscription Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period.
